"The Rabaris are known for their exquisite embroidery and beadwork. Rabari women embroider blouses, skirts, veils, childrens clothes, wall hangings, doorway hangings, bags, cradle cloths, household decorations, and even animal trappings in beautiful patterns. The embroidery of Rabaris is colourful and different from other embroideries of Kutch. They use different shapes of mirrors such as triangular, rectangle, square, oval and round unlike all the other communities adding character who use only round mirrors. Mirrors are an integral and focal part of Rabari embroideries. They create different patterns and motifs around mirrors with stain stitches known as sankdi. "
